A development-first basketball league where every child builds skills, confidence, and character.

Who can register: Boys and girls in Grades K4 to Grade 8  | 
Teams: Max 10 players per team

Venue: Sir Kendal Isaacs Gymnasium, Nassau

Key dates

  • Tip Off Jamboree: October 9 to 13, 2025 **
  • Winter League: February to March 2026
  • Spring League: April to May 2026

League days are primarily on Saturdays with select weekday evenings for opening activities.

IYBL Scholarship Application

The Island Youth Basketball League is committed to making basketball accessible to every child. A limited number of scholarships are available for the 2025–26 season to assist families in need. 📌 Scholarships cover registration fees for the Fall Jamboree, Winter League, Spring League, or the full season package. 📌 Awards are granted based on application and available funding. 📌 Parents/guardians will be contacted directly if additional documentation is required. 👉 Please select "Yes" below to complete this section only if you are applying for financial assistance.

Common areas include registration and check in, door and wristbands, court setup and breakdown, concessions, table crew scorekeeping and timekeeping, assistant coaching, refereeing, team parent, media photo or video, fundraising and sponsors, uniforms and equipment, logistics and cleanup, transportation.
