๐Ÿชช What to Upload

  • ๐Ÿ“ธ A headshot for your badge (passport style, plain white/light background, head & shoulders only).
  • ๐Ÿ†” Adults: clear, unexpired government photo ID. Minors: school ID or parent/guardian ID.
  • ๐Ÿ“ Police Certificate of Character is required only for certain roles (coaches, team parents, medical, site leads, officials). If needed, weโ€™ll email simple steps.

Every volunteer completes a short IYBL Safeguarding & Child Protection orientation before their first shift. Safety and trust come first. ๐Ÿ’™
